Select the ‘My Beneficiaries’ button from the top menu bar and then proceed to use the Beneficiary region to create any beneficiaries that you want to transfer money to. In this case your beneficiary details will be for your New Zealand bank account and will be stored and made available to you the next time you want to make a transfer.

For your information New Zealand account numbers are broken into 3 parts; The first part is known as the 'Bank and Branch number' that consist of 6 digits with the first two digits denoting the Bank and the second set of 4 numbers denoting the banks branch. The second part is the account number of 7 digits and the 3rd part, the suffix of 2 or 3 digits.

Create a Bank account account:

Select the ‘My Bank Accounts’ button from the side menu bar and then proceed to use the Bank accounts region to create any U.K or Australian based bank accounts that you are going to use to make payment to Easy Exchange from. We do this to make it easy to track your funds in case the banks leave anything off or to trace funds in the banking system if required.

Fill in your transfer form:

Having logged in to your account, select the ‘Transfer money’ button from the Main menu and complete the transfer form. On the Form you will see the Bank accounts you have set up including your New Zealand beneficiary banks. On the transfer form you will be asked whether you want to opt in/out of the Collaborative transfer scheme. By opting in you are able to receive the best possible combination of NZ dollar currency rates and transfer fees.
